The European Union-funded ORC-PLUS project aimed to develop an innovative Thermal Energy Storage (TES) system optimized for concentrating solar power (CSP) plants in the 1-5 MWe size. The Project aimed to increase the dispatchability and number of productive hours of a solar CSP field, regardless of irradiation hours, using an ORC system.
