Exergy will participate as a speaker at the upcoming Future Energy Asia Exhibition and Conference in Bangkok, Thailand from 15 to 17 May 2024. Chee Aun KoK, Exergy’s Regional Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region, will take the stage on May 16th at 10.00 am during the morning session stream focusing on Gas and LNG, CCS Technologies.
Chee Aun Kok’s presentation, titled “Cold Energy Recovery in LNG Plants with Highly Efficient Patented ORC Cycle,” will shed light on Exergy’s groundbreaking patented Cold Energy Plant (CEP), a system based on ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) technology which regasifies liquefied natural gas (LNG) while simultaneously converting the heat absorbed from seawater into electricity.
The patented CEP system designed by Exergy achieves high efficiency thanks to the use of the proprietary Exergy Radial Outflow Turbine combined with the patented Multilevel Condensation Cycle, maximizing the revenue from electricity production.
